An affabel relocation consultant will make initial contact before your arrival in Australia. We will explain our services and seek to understand any particular anxieties you may have so that we can work with you to ease your stresses.
Basic information regarding Australia such as, Australian customs and law, taxation, health system and other regulatory information can be provided if this has not been supplied through other sources.
Subsequent contact will be made either through more telephone conversations or emails. As part of building our rapport with you, we will seek to understand each member of the family better through asking questions such as:
- The kind of sports you are interested in
- The types of hobbies you like
- Any dietary requirements e.g. gluten free products or allergies to peanuts, wheat or other foods
- Other interests like visiting historical sites or cultural events
- Generally get to understand what the family likes to do during a typical week
In addition to understanding the needs of you and your family, we provide you with the opportunity to ask questions. Whilst we hope to have answers to most questions, we know there will always be those that will require research that we are happy to address.
Your affabel consultant will be there upon your arrival to welcome you at the airport and transport you to your accommodation which would have been prearranged by us according to your directions. You will be given an Orientation Tour within 72 hours upon arrival. This will assist you to feel more at ease in your new surroundings.
Our aim is to be your point of contact and ensure that all your needs upon arrival is met with precision and care.
