When you turn on the light switch, you expect light. The same with turning on the water tap or picking up the telephone to dial a number. These are conveniences we expect to have in a country like Australia. However, sometimes these conveniences are rather inconvenient when getting connected. Technicians have to be scheduled to connect these utilities in some instances and they are unable to provide a set time for their visit to your property.
